Kelly Doody, MSW (she/her)

Kelly is passionate about helping clients build a life they experience as worth living. Her approach is authentic and collaborative, honoring clients as the expert of their experience. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Kelly helps clients tune into their inherent wisdom and build practical skills to regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges. She is personally and professionally committed to anti-racism, cultural humility, and ongoing self-reflection. In her free time, Kelly enjoys riding horses and spending time in nature.

Professional Biography:

Kelly received her Masters of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Washington and her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder. Throughout her master’s level practicum, she provided school-based mental health services for adolescents with anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
